I am more than satisfied. Oliver Swan was outstanding. He kept me regularly updated throughout the process - I did not have to chase him at all! A special touch which I really liked was the personal car videos that Oliver sent when my car was ready!

The staff were exceptional, as mentioned. Would be nice to bring back swapping features in and out. Also, the option to trade alloys on stock cars.

I can't put into words how easy the whole process was. As soon as the warning light appeared, I was contacted my Mini via email and phone to arrange the service. The booking process was so easy, as was the actual day of the service.
