The people were very polite and respectful and the car was returned to me in good time and clean conditionHowever as a down side you did have a collect and deliver service but this has been discontinued and I have to drive to the centre & wait.

See answer to previous question. I also have a Ford company car, when I drop that car in for a service it takes maximum of 5 minutes.
They managed to fit me in quickly and finished the servicing earlier than planned. They were happy to keep my car there for as long as I needed. Cleaned the car inside and out as well which is always a bonus.
