Once again I was so impressed with your staff member. They were 3 members of staff light, were extremely busy & not only did Hollie get my car repaired on time but also managed to have my aerial repaired too.

Messed up my first service did the incorrect one car had to go back again ( 2nd day without a car) then on return warning light for tyres was on phoned up they said yes it because you have new tyres key needs updating you need to pop in as we forgot
I did have to wait for 20 minutes for an assistant to help me after my appointment time as they were in a meeting. She apologised and said that no one had told her I had arrived.

For me as I work in Canary Wharf its great dropping the car down and then they run it over to be fixed and bring it back for me. But also the team who keep you posted and make it easy for you.

The car wasn't ready on time despite my being clear that I had a meeting to get to, the car hadn't been particularly well cleaned it was ok and had been hoovered but not as good as Cooper Chelmsford

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable but not pushy. When we collected the car, my husband had forgotten his driving licence (which was needed) and I had to go home to get it - Lois offered me the use of her car to do this.

The rep at Sytner Mini, Brentwood - Lois was first class all the way through incuding sending updates to me as planned on her days off!
Great Service if a little busy. Car was serviced in just under an hour. Downside was it took another 90mins to get it washed. Staff were great and even let me borrow an umbrella as it was raining!
