Service desk was excellent but long wait for diagnosis. You pay for a diagnostic and when there was no answer you are then told it will cost more for an "enhanced diagnostic". Don't understand this.

Our experience was excellent up until the pont of collection. The wrong colour stripes had been applied. We received the car outside in pouring rain which made it difficult to inspect. The dealer did everything he could to help the situation.

Taking a car for service is usually boring and unpleasant. My recent experience was totally different, the "drive in" facility and welcome was excellent as was the care throughout the two hours I spent in the lounge area.

I had to do no chasing. They listened to my issues with the car, asked questions so they completely understood when certain things were happening to give the best chance of finding a resolution.. had a sense of humour which was amazing! Left happy!

I did have to wait for 20 minutes for an assistant to help me after my appointment time as they were in a meeting. She apologised and said that no one had told her I had arrived.
