They made the booking and process very easy for me from the beginning. They followed up with good contact and even helped me when I left my bag in the car by going to get it for me. Lovely team.

The car drop off is very easy via the drive through and the assistants are on hand to take the car into the garage. The customer service girl was very efficient and I had the hire car sorted quickly. Faster than expected turnaround on the update.

Having made an appointment, they kept to the time and returned the car in excellent condition and of course clean inside and out. The customer service area is comfortable and so easy to wait while the work is completed.

Car went in for MOT. The car passed. I had a while u wait appointment. I was greeted and the car immediately went for its MOT. in 2 hours all paperwork was completed and I was back on the road. Very efficient, reception team, car team, valet team.

I was booked in for my service in August and then when I arrived I was told that it had to be September so it was a wasted trip. When I returned in September I was again initially told that I was not eligible for the service but they were wrong.

I found the whole purchasing experience to be nothing short of excellent, the staff were outstanding efficient and professional.
Service completed on time, no issues at all. Only downside, as above, was the need to book in a long time in advance in order to be able to drop off/ pick up at Canary Wharf.
