The salesman was very good.
Service desk was excellent but long wait for diagnosis. You pay for a diagnostic and when there was no answer you are then told it will cost more for an "enhanced diagnostic". Don't understand this.
Our experience was excellent up until the pont of collection. The wrong colour stripes had been applied. We received the car outside in pouring rain which made it difficult to inspect. The dealer did everything he could to help the situation.

Taking a car for service is usually boring and unpleasant. My recent experience was totally different, the "drive in" facility and welcome was excellent as was the care throughout the two hours I spent in the lounge area.

The gentleman we dealt with at Mini Harold Wood was very helpful and always made sure he spoke with us to agree anything or to get our requirements. We had actually planned to buy from another dealer as we had been disappointed by HW before.

I did have to wait for 20 minutes for an assistant to help me after my appointment time as they were in a meeting. She apologised and said that no one had told her I had arrived.
