the whole process has been quite difficult from start to finish. I was been passed to three different sales consultants and the lack of communication I experienced was not in line with the "MINI Experience"

Excellent service from Oliver Swan, he was very patient during several visits when making the decision/choice process. He updated me unprompted with delivery times. The delivery process was very smooth & all necessary information provided.

I was updated during the day about the progress of my car service and then I had a follow up next say, which was very nice.

The reason for the 4 star was because the machine aircon regassing equipment was faulty which was not picked up at the time so I had to go back to get it sorted out. Perhaps this should have been checked initially.
