Mark was really friendly and explained everything so clearly, making the whole process super smooth and straightforward. He was also great at following up a few days later to make sure everything was okay. Really happy with the service!

From the time I entered the Mini Styner showroom at Harold Wood, Romford, Debbie Giles greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Debbie provided excellent customer experience from order until delivery collection. Everything promised delivered.

Mark was very obliging through whole process, the only issue we had was we were wanted the vehicle on the start of September with the new number plate issue, we were told that we could have it for July. Was ready to go on the 6th, Not the 1st as prom

It was a shambles from start to finish. No collection of motability car for two days and no vehicle for a week so was housebound. Communication was non existent. Never called back when they said so I had to keep calling. Service advisor was useless
