The technician gave measurements for tyres and brake pads that were well below the actual values. He also adjusted the tyre pressures to the 'correct level', when in fact he left them under inflated. Worrying that he couldn't interpret door plate.

Happy with the service however I wasn't impressed with the complimentary was/clean. I didn't think it was a proper job. My opinion is that if the wash a clean was going to be done then it should have been completed thoroughly or not at all.
