the whole process has been quite difficult from start to finish. I was been passed to three different sales consultants and the lack of communication I experienced was not in line with the "MINI Experience"

Excellent service from Oliver Swan, he was very patient during several visits when making the decision/choice process. He updated me unprompted with delivery times. The delivery process was very smooth & all necessary information provided.

Again, great service. But hiccups with the delivery meant there were delays in collecting the car. I believe this was due to the new system.
