the whole process has been quite difficult from start to finish. I was been passed to three different sales consultants and the lack of communication I experienced was not in line with the "MINI Experience"

Excellent service from Oliver Swan, he was very patient during several visits when making the decision/choice process. He updated me unprompted with delivery times. The delivery process was very smooth & all necessary information provided.

Spoke with the Manage Nick Philp, who speaks at you more than rather listen to understand the issue at hand - also pointed out that they don't document everything, so no evidence of them carrying out due diligence.

Again, great service. But hiccups with the delivery meant there were delays in collecting the car. I believe this was due to the new system.
