I was given a time slot although it was a short notice. I have observed that most customers who waited for their cars for hours were so bored (including my family) and became sleepy even after few cups of coffee or tea.

I always get an excellent service from Sytner Harold Wood. Customer service is excellent. On the second occasion I had to take the car in in the space of a week, Holly got my car seen to straight away, I couldn't have been more pleased.

Didn't work as expected first time as after I arrived at the service center the machine that checks the vehicle was broken and I had to come back without getting the work done which I was booked for. However I was offered free car cleaning and wash.
As discussed with Nick Phip at Sytner Harold Wood. There was a lack of communication with the staff returning my phone calls and some confusing information given to me regarding my car.
I had a list of requests with a specific delivery date. The sales executive managed the delivery from start to finish expertly. Full communication throughout. And a lovely touch at end with flowers and card for my birthday. She was brilliant!

Couldn't deliver what we agreed
The staff were friendly and things were done in a timely fashion. I had to order a new key and was promised a call as soon as it arrived. A week later I heard nothing so called myself and was told it had arrived but they'd "forgotten" to call me!

Swift and straight forward
The tyres needed rebalancing. I would have liked them to say 'hey the tyre pressure alert is on. We can pump and re-set for £? and that would have helped me. It is hard doing these things when you live in Moorgate Central London.
My car was 'cleaned' although I don't know where it was cleaned. They were not clear at the end of the service as to when I should collect my car. The service light is still on and hasn't been reset.
Job was completed in a timely manner. However where has all the nice twillings tea gone in the waiting area
